SEO ALERT: links on Roll over images using Javascript not accessible to Googlebot

On our Web Design Company website we have used Roll Over Images using Javascript on the internal pages, but we have recently noticed that google doesn't crawl through these links thus decreasing its internal link value and further its PR.

If you too use this Javascript function that's also built in dreamweaver, let us know.
